New Format??

I can't speak for others, but I don't like the new format as it takes up way too much of my viewing space and I have a 21" monitor.

I agree (and apologies for double-posting, as I responded similarly

to a thread in the Lounge.) But I think the use of frames takes up

too much screen real estate - especially if you're looking at reviews and have *two* left-hand menu bars.

 

I think the top frame/menu bar was a more effective use of the screen space.

I'm using a laptop and I agree, the side bar menu takes up too much space. Also is it just a coincidence or why is the print type in Saturday's reviews plain text? The formatted text is much easier on the eyes. Overall this is a backwards step IMHO. Sorry.x(

I, too, have to join the critics of the new look.

I think not only is are the dark colors drab and depressing compared to the sort of "happy" and expansive blue, the side-bar doesn't really make sense or is as useful here as in other sites. I don't find myself jumping from section to section here as much as at other sites. Usually I stay pretty much in the forum or review areas. The sidebar in the escort review areas is more of a logical and usefull application, in my view.

I'm sorry to say all that as I'm sure it took a lot of work and planning.

I don't post often, more of a lurker, but I do want to say that this is my favorite site on the web and one that I don't want to miss on a daily basis. I have a real sense of a mature gay men's community, almost like a small village. You guys have done a wonderful job so far, so keep up the good work, and don't mess too much with something that works so well!
