User menu

Yesterday I managed somehow to find the User Menu, but I've never been able to find it again. What window do I go to to click on it? Also, when I did go there yesterday, I did as you said and checked on "automatically log-in when I return"; however, I still have to manually log on when I try to post, as I had to do with this.

 

This new system reminds me too much of the radio/cassette/CD sytem in my old Mercedes, which I can't use without stopping the car, because it is so complicated that I need the instruction booklet to change any setting.:-(

How come the user menu suddenly popped up on the top of this screen as soon as I posted this message, even though it wasn't there before?
