Any updates on Vancouver hustler scene?

I am travelling to Vancouver (BC) and planing to visit Davie st, Richardson and Hommer st. Any one has any updates or recent experience about this area? Thanks in advance.

Assuming you want to pick up street hustlers, you need to go along Homer Street between Drake and Davie streets. You may also want to visit the Dufferin pub at Seymour and Smithe.

 

That said - 4 out of 5 of the street hustlers are on drugs. If thats your game, you'll be happy, otherwise .....

 

There are a lot escorts available through the local gay rag Xtra West.

 

If you want any more details just ask. Also, I'd be happy to meet you at the Dufferin and point out the good, the bad, and the ugly (you can probably spot them yourself!) When will you be there?

Sometimes, after a few, I have trouble with ugly. I think there must be some formula for adding points to a guy's looks per drink-consumed-by-the-observer. ;-)

Is Xtra West still being published? I thought I heard it was cancelled.

Yes, xtra west is still being published. comes out every other week, I believe. Not much of a paper, but does publish ads. Not very good quality types. As for the Dufferin Pub and Hotel,it is the dregs, if your into the drug scene, natives or drag queens, then the Dufferin is for you. I might suggest that you try Numbers, late in the evening, or the Odyessy. You may also be able to find something at the Blenz Coffee House located at Granville and Davie.

OH, yes, and as far as the hustler scene at Homer and Davie, you might find a few "quality" guys, but be very, very careful.
