any info on street hustlers in Portland Oregan?

I'll be in Portland later this summer as wondering if anyone knew of an area in Protland that had street boys - or a bar that was frequented by hustlers.

I saw two definitely working around the time of the Rose Festival in June on Stark Street near the bars. Best place to look used to be around the Silverado and down Stark Street to O'Bryant (Paranoia) Park, about a three block stretch, also on Washington parallel to Stark. I think the cross streets are maybe ninth, tenth, eleventh. O'Bryant Park could also be a good place to look although lots of cops patrolling that block. A couple of years ago the best place was on the corner of Washington and (maybe) Ninth or Tenth on the steps of that red brick building with the tower.
