From my personal experience, they generally want 150 Reais for a two hour meeting. So compared with the 50 Reais for a sauna quicky of 45 minutes or so, unless you pay for an extra room rental and negotiate extra money to the sauna boy, not bad. Also sex motel's rooms are much more comfortable. Also can negotiate overnight rates and all-day rates usually for just a tiny bit more.

Just be sure, in advance that you discuss everything that they will and will not do. Get everything clarified in advance, and I do mean everything. Do not assume that anything is to be understood. Also, the money AFTER, not before. Otherwise, out the door with some sob story. Be careful.
