san salvador does have a sauna and a bar with a few rent boys...its on the street behind the Intercontinental Hotel... but in Salvador since its such a small country only the "obvious" gays go out to the 3 bars there...mostly anyway. If you want a macho guy just goto any bar and the expression is after 6 beers Salvadoran's will do anything and forget it the next day.
