Here's a link to a thread I started last year when I visited Ecuador on business travel. I did not get the chance to do any hiring even though I visited three times in less than six months. Plus it looks like I will be returning, again on business, several times before next spring.

 

Ecuador is a spectacular country and Quito is a very friendly city. FYI, my avatar is a photo of Cotopaxi one of the tallest mountains in the country.
