Caracas Help

Going to Caracas on business over the weekend. Used to go there often, but haven't been in two years and have heard the safety situation has deteriorated (i.e., stay in your room). Any recommendations on agencies, etc.? I did look into latinchicos.com but really didn't find anyone there that I'd go out of my way for on this trip. Any further info on boys and safety would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!
