Sharing a Salvador hotel during Carnaval...

I hope to catch a couple of days of Carnaval in Salvador (along with Rio and Recife), but I just discovered that my travel agent neglected to get me a hotel in Salvador. x( Unless you have strings to pull (and I don't), rooms were heavily booked up long ago (largely as four or five day packages).

 

My BrazilPass flight gets me into Salvador the morning of February 26 and I go to Rio the morning of February 28.

 

Are any M4Mers going to be in Salvador for Carnaval and would like a (wonderful, charming :7) roommate for two nights to share the costs?
