Hi. I was in Bogota and Cartagena last year. Bogota is a sort of modern big latin-american metropolis. As far as I know there is not a gay sauna scene as there is in Brazil but there are some very nice discos and small bars. Cartagena is more like Brazil because it is an old/new beach city. Saw some crusing on the streets at night and a couple of unintereting bars. Not much but some if you´re really into it.
