Buenos Aires "Privados"

I've seen several references to "privados" (houses with boys)in BA on this site but little actual info. So, herewith, a bit of info from my recent short trip to BA.

 

The local gay mag Imperio (available at some newstands for 5 pesos) contains an insert mag titled Ratones. It consists mainly of ads for escorts and agencies, including several that are for privados, altho the do not say so in so many words. However, it's clear from the full-page ads with 24-hour service etc which ads are for them. They list a phone number which you can call & get the address.

 

The one I went to was in the gay area (Sta. Fe & Uriburu), in an apartment. After being buzzed in, the "mama-san" (he struck me as similar in approach to the Bangkok mama sans in similar roles) showed me into a nicely furnished bedroom, confirmed what I was there for, collect the 100-peso fee and asked me to wait. Shortly 5 nice young (early to mid 20s) guys come in one at a time, introduced themselves (name, age, activo/passivo etc), gave a good look at their dotacion, and exited after a kiss on the cheek. After the 5, mama san reappeared and asked which one I wanted. While any would have done nicely, I made a choice and he shortly re-appeared (now dressed), prepared for business.

 

After having done said business, he departed, I got dressed and mama san showed me to the door after inquiring if all had been OK. I assured him it had been!}(

 

As for my impressions, it was OK, but not comparable to the Rio saunas in terms of selection etc. Also more pressure to choose which one (or more if you wanted) based on a brief intro.in a not particularly relaxing setting. Also, no opportunity to shower before or after. HOwever, I'd give it an 8 out of 10 (where 117 or Algoa rate a 10). However, I'd do it again if I was back in BA looking for an afternoon fling.

Does anyone else have experience of this sort of place in Buenos Aires? I'll be there next month smothered with friends in the same hotel, and will need some off-campus relief!

Apparently, the house scene has been quite rare since only one person has written about it, and his thread has been up here for a long time.

I read it and emailed the guy; he responded with some viable information.

 

Might I suggest that you contact Roberto, "Our Man in Buenos Aires" and ask him directly. Or you can contact the webmaster at http://www.gayguide.com.ar and ask him upfront; I did regarding the XXX cines in Buenos Aires. I did it because I'm curious and will be in BA during the latter portion of September for 8 days...
