Is November a good time to go to Rio?

I decided to check on the frequent flyer ticket situation on Continental after Big Daddy's post.

I have a round trip reserved on Continental from Newark to Rio going down on the Friday before Thanksgiving and coming back the Friday after Thanksgiving. This will allow me to spend about a week in Rio only taking 3 days of vacation.

Is this a good time to go to Brazil? The airline ticket will only cost me $57 and the round trip fare to Newark from the D.C. area (less than $200).

My other question is how many of the escorts at the saunas in Brazil are Latin or European as opposed to Black? Never really been into Black men sexually but definitely into European and a good percentage of Latins (did Alec Martinez once and loved him).

Hi vabballfun,

November is a wonderful time to visit Rio. It being the end of their Spring and the beginning of the Summer fun! Also, a lot of M4Mers prefer to go that time of year, so you’ll have plenty of company.

Just don’t go there with any preconceived notions that might ruin your experience. I found that I no longer had a “type” that I was attracted to once I experienced the Brazilian rainbow of gorgeous boyz there.

A lot of the darker-skinned boys have European features, and really good tans! But, I would have to say from my recent trip that 15-20% are what you might consider “black” in the saunas. But, I would expect there will be many that meet your total fantasy – light, dark, muscular, slim, but all of them gorgeous in their own way.

Have a great time, and you made a great decision! :-)

If you liked Alec, you are going to really like Rio, just think you can have virtually the same thing and at todays exchange rate the cost would be $18.18 USD

So as TomCal would say, for the price of one escort in the US you could've been with 11 guys in Rio.

As far as a good time in November, the only time that I remmeber being BAD was Easter Weekend in Sao Paulo as most of the guys went to the beach near SP for the weekend and even Lagoa was horrible...ask Gulliver here.

Also I prefer low season to high season because the guys are just turning tricks fast and there are waits for cabinas in high season and not so rushed in low season...low season they are very happy to be with a client.

Thats my experience anyway.

"...don't go there with any preconceived notions..." I can truly appreciate what you wrote. If one goes to Brasil to look for a certain type, his type might not be at any saunas, thus he'll be quite disappointed.

I am glad that I am "open" and do not have a particular "type" when it comes to men who "turn me on" sexually. If I find something interesting and enticing about the individual, then I'll hop to it.

I've had some escorts ask me about the type of men that I prefer. My answer has been: I like all men, and in essence this has been a rather valid response. I'm not really into race or ethnicity per se as I've had and have admired men from six of the seven continents.

Again, thanks for your sound advice to our fellow M4Mer. :-)

keep an open mind and do NOT come for one type!

You just might see some of the most georgous men, that you ever laid eyes on, and they just might happen to be some shade of black or tan.

And they just might have the most beautiful personality, that you ever met to go with it. I did!

And also be the most loving, that you ever connected with.

Yes, keep your mind open to all possibilities, when you travel to Brazil and you will cherish every mile!

RE: keep an open mind and do NOT come for one type!

Interracial marriages or couplings were never a taboo in Brazil (or in most Latin cultures) the way they were in the U.S. or some other countries. The result is 500 years of merry mating which has produced some of the most stunning specimens on earth, in the widest range of shades, colors and features you can imagine. Added to the descendants of more recent immigration in the past 100 years or so, you'll find that Brazilians in the saunas, as well as in society at large, range from palest blonds to blackest black, from indigenous natives to descendants of Japanese immigrants, and every possible combination of all of these groups. If you can't find someone who attracts you in Brazil, they probably don't exist anywhere else on the planet!

To get a pretty accurate idea of what you'll see in the saunas, review the Brazilian films of Kristen Bjorn. The guys in his films (mainly recruited from the saunas) are a good representation of Brazilian types, although you will find a wider range of builds in real life than in his films, from slim and trim to pumped and steroided. Of course, the guys in the saunas are somewhat self-selected as far as endowments go: by and large they run from big to humongous. But there does seem to be something in the water here; really small guys seem to be comparatively rare! You can also see what Brazilian guys look like by visiting the escort websites mentioned elsewhere on M4M. Many of the guys on the sites also work the saunas.

Be prepared to be overwhelmed on your first visit to the saunas. Most visitors find the choices and possibilities mind-boggling! :9
