It's almost 3:00a.m. in Rio and I just got back from the club Incontrus!...but that's the end of the day, let me start at the beginning. This is my third trip here in the past 9 weeks! I arrived this morning about 11:00, I took Continental this time as I had frequent flyer miles from 4 years ago to use up, normally I always fly American down here. Mike(Gulliver) had his regular driver pick me up at the airport, since I was the 2nd person off the plane and there was no line at Customs, I was in the car 10 mins. after the plane landed(I only do carryon). I got to Mike's apartment and it seemed kinda of lonely since I am the only one staying here this week, so I really wanted to look for some company...BUT, Mike has forbidden me to go to the construction site where his house is being built, as it seems that guys we hire off the site to come back to the apartment, quit the construction job the next day and decide to go work in the saunas!! lol

I went and got something to eat at Tap Beer, and then took a nap, I wanted to get up at 4:00 and head to the saunas, but woke up at 5:00.

I decided I didn't want to go to SPA 73 at rush hour, since it is downtown, so I walked over to Estacau, there were about 15 guys and 2 customers. We had a great time and made an appointment for one of them to come over tomorrow at 3:00.

Day 2, Friday....All three appointments I had set up on the first night, showed up on Friday and on time, which for you guys who have been here, know is not the usual Carioca custom! Before they got here I met a fellow M4M for lunch that I know from Los Angeles who has also bought a Condo here. Since he is remodeling it, he wanted to show me what he was doing to it. Just to give you an idea of prices, he is 1/2 block from the beach and 1 block from Corujinhas on Siquero Campos. He has Ocean views and it's a 2 bedroom(with a extra maids bedroom and bath which all the condos have here)and a nice building. He paid U.S. $90,000. He has knocked out the wall between the two bedrooms to make one large Master with a sitting room. He is updating it from it's 60's/early 70's look, which seems to be when most of these in this part of Rio were either build or decorated(think Brady Bunch!) Putting in French Doors from both the living room and bedroom out to the balconey, raising the doorways and ceilings and putting new tile floors in. Ok, enough of the interior decorating, this is a escort/sex review site, sorry..lol back to sex....

the first guy to show up at the apartment was the one from the 3way the previous day at Estacao. Yesterday, Saturday, it was raining again, but since most of my activities take place indoors, I don't mind, also it's been in the 90's in Calif., so I find this change nice but the Brazilians are all complaining about the rain, for the past two weeks and the cold-low60's.

My noon appointment, showed up at 3:00 which ran into my 4:00, after we were done the guy I was with, who works at SPA73 said he was going to go to work and I said I would go with him there. We took the metro and when we got to the Estacao (that is the subway station name in downtown)in the past I have taken a cab to SPA73, but he said no it's less then a 5 minute walk! So we walked it in about 4 minutes. BUT...never walk this route after dark! He said he goes a different route after dark and takes the bus rather then risk walking back to the Metro station. Daytime when it is still light out is no problem, mostly young kids and couples walking the area, but after sunset it is filled with drug dealers according to him. When we got to SPA 73, there was maybe 5 guys working and 5 customers. We were there early, but I decided I wasn't going to wait around to see what shows up! So I had them call a cab and went to Club 117. I walked in about 6:00pm

and there were about 30 guys working!! continuing from Yesterday's post. Marcos left and at 1:00pm Daniel the new boy from 117 with the tremedous physique showed up! <<addendum to the last post>>, Julio has taken me to the airport my last 4 trips and He has always been on time to the Minute! It is a standard 4 seater, but with luggage I think 2 travelers max.

The all enclusive rate is $50. to pick you up at your hotel and drop you off at the airport(but does not include sex). He told me he is getting a new car in November that will be bigger. He has a street fighting tournament on August 7th and 8th, so is not available then for driving.

Which Suana is the best?

 

Several M4M's, who have not been to Rio yet, have emailed me in the last two days asking which Sauna I would recommend as the best? It's the one that on that particular night has a guy(s) that you find really hot!! I went to Pointe at 3:00p.m. on Sunday when they opened and only 4 guys were there, but one was really hot! and one was almost really hot! so for me it was great! Based on rooms size, layout, etc., for me I like 117 the best. I like SPA73, but I have found really hot guys at Estacau and Pointe and Rogers. It all depends on the night and which guys are there. I went to SPA73 last Saturday and left within 10 mins, as there was no one there that interested me. However had this been my first visit to Rio, I probably would have found 6 guys there I liked, it's just that I knew there would be more/hotter guys at either 117 or Pointe that night, and I was right! Bottom line, between the 5 saunas(actually 6, but I do dislike Meo Mundo alot! so I dont' include it on the list)You will find somewhere around 100+ guys on a given night to pick from!

The few times I have been to spa73 I have left as quickly as Tom this visit. Where we disagree (and its not often we do) is that this visit I found no one at 117 that I remotely was interested in. Having said that, there is no argument that it has the best facilities and is a good size for wandering and has been my favourite in the past.

 

You should bear in mind that i have visited 6 times and some of the guys at 117 are the same from my first visit. 202 seems to have a bigger supply of new people. A new visitor to Rio would love 117 (on its good nights Tues/Fri/Sun).

 

Estacion I love the bar staff but the boys for hire seem a bit streetlike rather than buffed or handsome. I never saw it busy this time other than for the shows.

 

Rogers I hated before and still hate now and will not step foot in the place again (unless dragged by friends and fed copiuous amounts of alcohol)

 

202 I used to hate, once it served so much popcorn it smelt like the foyer of a multiplex cinema. I have come round to liking the place now but will always insist on a suite rather than a cabine.

On my last day I also turned up at 3:00pm and luckily (like tom) found a cutie (Anderson) who I sorta dragged upstairs and had quick gratuitous sex with. Promptly dumped him and dashed for my taxi to the airport. The best exit from Rio yet.

 

 

First time visitors will enjoy all the saunas i'm sure but repeat visits will narrow down your preferences.

I think trying to evaluate the saunas is so subjective. I've been to all that have been mentioned here except for 73 and MM. When I've been at them-- they've had loads of men. But I'll just presume that it really depends on the season of the year as to which sauna is busier as well as the day of the week.

 

As Driver and Tom mentioned, Club 117 is the largest amongst the saunas that we M4Mers have frequented. In terms of men or scorts or sauna "bois"-- I've found great looking ones at each of them:Club 117, Estacao, Point 202, and at the "old" Rogers.

 

I'd presume (as I witnessed)-- during major holidays, eg., New Year's and Carnavale), the saunas will get guys from out of town. I noticed this during Carnaval in 2003.

 

I met, but did not go with, a guy who proudly and loudly said, "I'm _______, and I'm from Salvador." Before I could say anything, he noticed that I'd already connected with someone else and apologized. I told him that is was perfectly ok. But in retrospect-- this guy was a pure hunk who I did not see after I'd returned to the main area of Pointe 202 in February 2003.
