I''ve been at this site for almost three years now, and never have I ready anything about this place of lodging! Perhaps you could contact Carlo or Miketur; one of them should be able to give you the scoop.

 

Last October two guys from the States that I met had planned to shift there during midweek; I remember Carlo and one of the guys talking briefly, briefly about it. I did not hear specifics, though!

As of early July 2004, I saw that Ipenema Inn is undergoing a renovation.....finally. Most hotels, if you speak to the concierge beforehand and alert them that you might have a friend coming over to look at pictures from the U. S., will allow guests to go up to your room; but they usually keep the guest's identity card until he leaves.
