Driver- I still plan to furnish bags-- 25 - 50. They will NOT be the large ones which I originally mentioned but bags which can accommodate small items i.e. t shirts, caps, cock rings, rubbers, condoms, lube, mints, etc... Unfortunately, one will not be able to fit a ball inside of them. So- u will get the bags as originally promised.

I'll contact party arrangers prior to the party to see how they want to arrange this portion of the Soiree...Axiom

I think we actually may need somewhat more bags than 50. Perhaps 80. Would one of our gentle readers like to coordinate with Axiom to split the responsibility? If Axiom can bring, say 40 bags, and someone else bring 40, that should be plenty.

T-shirts I think can be distributed ahead of time to the M4Mers (who will almost all be at the Atlântico) and the rest will have to be on a table for the boys to pick their size (although most of them will look best in a clingy M!)

For the rest, we might want to think about getting together sometime Monday afternoon to pool the loot and spend some time filling bags. That way we can be sure everyone will end up with something, and with approximately the same amount!

As for Hallowe'en stuff, I don't know if it's necessary. The Point 202 might take care of decorations and entertainment. We might want to think about bringing a few of the Costco size bags of American candy bars in miniature trick-or-treat size to scatter around the place. TOMCAL: can you find out from your friend if the sauna plans anything special, seeing that the 31st is Hallowe'en?

What TeeShirts? Did I miss a page? :o

I thought I read most of the posting here . . but I don't remember anything about TeeShirts? Great idea though . . in Brasil colors?

Just a suggestion . . . who ever chooses the sizes . . . go easy on the upper end of the size range. Every group I've been involved with that ordered shirts ALWAYS had many many left overs in extra Large, Jumbo, and Tent Maker. The medium size always went first, then the smalls, (it is surprising how many people can wear a small) Finally the large size would start to go when there was nothing else.

Live large in a snug shirt :D

RE: What T-shirts ??.

I've suggested to Carlo that we order about half M's, and the rest L with some XL. The minimum order is 120 shirts. Brazilian shirts seem to run a bit smaller than American ones (at least the XLs seem less generous there, on the whole). Most of the guys will fit very nicely into the Ms, and knowing some of the visiting M4Mers we'll certainly need some Ls and XLs. Some of the bigger escorts may want Ls, too.

If things go as planned, the T-shirts will be yellow, with the text in green and blue, so that'll be the Brazilian colors without things being overloud.
