It costs 24 cents each minute to make calls to the United States from Brazil. It is best to read their website to learn the particulars on how it works. It would take up too much space here for a meaningful explanation. I have used this service in many parts of the world for many years and am quite satified. I continue to use the service because of the savings and the quality of the lines. You can use this service from your hotel room, this is, assuming that Atlantico Hotel has telephones in the rooms (I sure hope so!).

Yes, of course the Atlântico has telephones in the rooms! Virtually every hotel in Latin America (except the real fleabags) has room phones! Some hotels even offer high-speed Internet access! (I think the Atlântico may have such service.)
