Triloingual as Moderator?

What expertise has Trilingual ever demontrated about South Africa? And I let's hope he is even-handed in the South American section, but I remain to be convinced.

Actually, I had suggested that Hoo just add "Africa" to the existing "Asia/Australia" board to have a clear location for posting information about African destinations. I hope he doesn't start a whole board on South Africa, because I don't know if it'll be necessary! As for moderating it, that was Hoo's idea. I know something about Africa, although I don't claim to be the world expert, and hope that other knowledgeable posters will add useful information to the appropriate board, whenever it's established.

Will he get out his red pen or hit the delete button when anyone disagrees with his views about ripping off escorts in Brazil, or has he in retirement learned to play nicely with other kids in the sandbox? Trilingual as Moderator?

 

Well, I've just been participating in this forum recently, but from the little I've seen... and as native Brasilian, I've always found Trilingual's postings useful and very acurate... and considering all the time he puts in replying and helping people out from his own experience and research I am really happy to see that all his effort, interest and love for this forum has been recognized.. and I do congratulate him for that and I believe that many M4Mers thank him for his always prompt comments....

 

As about his knowledge about South Africa.... I can't say anything about it... But I seldom see people questioning things about South Africa or any other places for that matter... But if one creates a forum on South Africa that should solve the problem...

 

But as member and a frequent contributor to Escorts South of the USA forum, I really appreciate that Trilingual is here and that he is a moderator now.

I am happy to see Trilingual as moderator. He is not only the most experienced among us with the deepest knowledge about Brazil, but he has also been the most helpful M4Mer, with the most informative postings, and most practical tips about Brazil and the Brazilian people that we all came to love and admire. This message borad has helped many newbies, and encouraged many others to take the plunge and take their first trip to Brazil/ Rio. And to give credit to where credit is due, most of the helpfuk postings, and info here came from Trilingual. He should not be distracted by personal attacks. We can have different opinions and mismatched perceptions of things, but there should be no place here for personal attacks and insults. Welcome Tri as our moderator, and many thanks...
