Wonderful Carneval in Venice

I hope your Carneval in Brazil was as good as mine in Venice!

 

Carlos, the escort I met at Estacao last november finally came and visit me in Italy! We had a wonderful trip to italian Alps and eventually had a step into Autria, too. I teached him skying and drinking Vin Brulè, a sort of hot spiced wine which helps your body to survive on the cold temperatures out here... After that we return to Venice to see the Carneval there, very different from the brazilian one, I think, but very impressive for Carlos. We visited Verona and the famous roman Arena Theatre which compares to the famous Colosseum, and had a step into the original Giulietta Capuleti house of the Giuliet and Romeo story, and we had a goodluck hand on hes tit. We did more than three hundred photos, and I complain that maybe we had more pics than kisses. But I may be wrong. I must say he really fits the sweet boy you all said to me I would find in Brazil. Gentle, easygoing, caring, polish and organized, and a little bit timid. A really turn on for me! And a pleasent discovering about escort planet. I must say you may really find some special guys out there.

 

I payed for his ticket and hospitality, pocket money, plus bought him a couple of Armani shirts and italian souvenirs. Before leaving I gave him somehow more than the amount I would have given him if I where in Brasil. I consider that this experience is under a different meter of payiment than if in Rio. Am I wrong?

 

I promised to help him during his studies, and really hope our relationship will go on, even if I understand he can have many other encounters at the discos with his friends on weekends. I am entering the brazilian point of view on life. There is more sex involved in their actions then here in Italy. Here we have just more fashion.

 

Now Carlos is back to Rio and I plan to go there in April, after 20th. Then he promised to come back to Italy in july.

 

Even if our story wouldn't have other opportunities, I must say I have spent a fifteen days dream I will never forget.

 

And I must pay you all the spaghetti prize i promised for all the encouragements you gave me!

That's a very sweet story and it sounds like you had a wonderful experience with your Brazilian "saunaboy". I used to visit Italy quite a lot during my working days, and while I always appreciated the fashions (and bought a lot of clothes and shoes there), I also had a LOT of fun with the young men there. Tri, Iwant to give a special thanks to you for all the advices you gave me about Rio and the boys there. I have to tribute to you the most part of the success I had with this experience.

As for the apartments, I know that Carlos is looking for a studio apt. near his Facultade, around Catete or Botafogo, nice neighborhood with old style buildings, and there are several opportunities of furnished places at around 500 $R per month. But, of course we are not talking about Copacabana or Ipanema or upper standards.

I'm planning to come to Brazil around april 18th. I intend to have a short stop in Sao PAulo, then head to Porto Alegre, looking for some place to stay two monts per year, dveloping my thoughts and hobbies. I would like to meet with you and share ideas about planning of a longer stay in Brazil. And I have to pay a spaghetti promise.

A R$500/mo. place in Catete or Flamengo may be perfectly nice. Rio is like many other cities; you pay more for fashionable addresses, and Catete (and parts of Flamengo) aren't very fashionable, compared to Ipanema and Leblon and the Lagoa. But that doesn't mean there aren't nice apartments in the other neighborhoods. Quite the contrary!

 

I'm very glad you and Carlos had a good time in Italy.

 

I've rented a furnished place myself, and by the time you arrive I hope to have arranged for a phone, so I'll try to send it to you. However, e-mail also works, with or without a phone.

 

By the way, ff you like Barilla Spaghetti No. 5, you might want to bring your own. At Pao de Acucar last night all I saw Spaghettini No. 3 and Spaghettoni No. 7 or 8. No No. 5 to be seen. But maybe they were just sold out! However, none of the other brands, either local or imported, was available in No. 5. You can cook at my place; it has a nice kitchen and cooking equipment that would do for spaghetti for a small dinner! Let me know. . .

Italian Pasta has several brands: in Rome they like Pasta Agnesi, in Napoli people prefer Pasta De Cecco, but Barilla is largely used all over Italy.

N.3 is good for cozze e vongole and all sorts of fish souce, N.7 is a good choice for a good Carbonara with fried eggs and smoked Speck ham, so I'm sure we'll be able to arrange a good evening with all the numbers we can find. I'll take n.5 with me just for confidence on my weapons.

 

I would like to visit Sao Paulo just to compare the boys and the feeling with a big city, but really I like more the quiet country, when I have someone to share the landscape with.

As for Porto Seguro, I will see if is there any gay life or any sauna with boys, there or in nearer towns, because this is the way I have experienced Brasil until now. When I will have longer period to spend there, I will invest more time in buinding relationships.

 

Carlos tells me he have a nice group of friends at the universtity, and I'm more than curious to expand my knowledge about brasilian style of living. I've heard about their contest in FICHAR or FIQUAR (please correct this word if you know it) at Le Boy, and this means that they had a contest about who of them should be able to kiss and grope the largest number of different boys in the same night.

 

This is different from the italian style. We look for different friends because the chains of religious control let us so hungry. The brasiliaan style give me the idea of simple joy, and the sex is a part that no one of them seem to have any reason to hide.

And greetings to all from Buenos Aires, the largest Italian city in the world. (Sao Paulo may be the second largest!)

 

Arrived this afternoon and am just heading back to Roberto's after a late dinner. There's an Internet cafe about a block from his house. On first impression Buenos Aires looks as glamorous and sleek as ever. It doesn't LOOK like a city at the end of its economic rope!

 

Anyway, I look forward to meeting you in Rio. By the way, I DID see Barilla Spaghetti No. 5 at the Pao de Açucar near my apartment, so it is available in Brazil. However, it looks like the supplies are erratic, so you might want to bring some, anyway! You can get everything else in Rio.
