I am going to RIO...finally on Feb. 18. for 5 days.

Looking forward to checking out the saunas.

Any information from experienced visitors will be appreciated.

Planning to stay at the RIO ORTHON PALACE HOTEL. Anyone been there before? Thanks.

Sucker, information for your two questions are answered in depth in the archives, but I, unfortunately, cannot direct you as to how to access these gems. The respondents who've stayed at your hotel might want to post an answer here for you, but it, too, is in the archives. I remember reading about the hotel.

 

In regards to the saunas themselves, click on "Escorts Reviews" and scroll to Mexico, Cuba, South America...then The Brazilian Saunas; I'd suggest that you go to the last review which is actually the first one written by our astute board laureate Trilingual; then scroll upwards to the most recent reading.

 

Good luck and make the most of your trip; you might be in Rio in time to see a big and famous drag show on or at Ipanema Beach called the Banda something...

Go To the Archives!! Everything you could want to know are in there! All of the info on Suanas, Hotels, Restuarants, which boys to hire, etc. are all there, most, repeated several times! The posts from 10/01 to 12/02 have a wealth of info. Go to the bottom of the page, right hand corner and you will see numbers 1 - 10+ and start reading. By doing that you will also get different views as all of us have slightly different experiences for you to draw from.

TomCal, as they say, "All great minds think alike." I think both of us did our word processing at the same time. When I pushed the back button, there was yours. Isn't technology amazing? Sorry, Sucker-- I could not resist in putting this communique in the open forum. I was just amazed at how fast our responses are processed!
