Although our fellow travellers and respondents have given us a vast array of information about Brazil, especially Rio and Sao Paulo, I wanted to apprise everyone as to what I received as recently as yesterday.

 

PlanetOut.com sent me an email about its most recent info. regarding Brazil; this morning I received an acknowledgement from YesTravel.net, 100% gay owned, 50% gay employees... Included in their email along with the acknowledgment was an 800 number and the following sites to hit: http://www.queerspecial.net, http://www.carnivalspecial.net, brazilspecial.net, amazonspecial.net, and riospecial.net.

 

Personally, I plan to revisit all of the threads at this site in planning for my first visit, and I do intend to use the preceding information.

He may have been afraid that if Alex, the owner(?) of Apollus knew we spent 11 days together and Apollus didn't get their cut - you know the rest. It is October, and I saw Morreno last week. He's a jewel in personality and physique and overall looks, but he is strictly a complete TOP. Axiom - now you see why I spent 11 days with him!! He did kiss with me - nothing deep but again, we were together 11 days so that may have made a difference. We had no problem communicating. I don't speak Portuguese or Spanish. It was almost like it was a mental thing. The way things happened from the start, I really feel that we connected in more ways than sexually. I've been told by someone (Odilo Lima) who knows the occurrences and knows us both and he said our meeting was no accident. Odilo said he believed Morenno (not his real name) and I were "soul mates". I didn't have a problem with language outside the apartment either. Of course, he was always with me. I talk with him at least every 2 weeks and get e-mails from him regularly.
