Anyone know how I can get info on escorts in Amsterdam; and what a

"reasonable" price would be? I've heard of gay brothels there. Any info on those. I'll be going this summer.

I was in Amsterdam in June and found that there is only one gay brothel open on Spuistrat; last time I was there there were three. The one that's still there, Boys Club 21, was great fun and I enjoyed talking with the boys, bartender and other guests. I also met a delightful Polish boy that I went to a room with. There are rooms available upstairs from the bar and the price is all-inclusive for the boy and the room.

 

The bar has a very homey atmosphere and even if you don't hire a boy, you can have a pleasant evening. The bar is located on the second story at 21 Spuistrat, (Tel. 020 622 8828) not far from Damstraat and Centraal Station. Here is a description of Boys Club 21 from another publication that I found to be accurate:

 

"A spiral stairway leads up to the club, where handsome and sensually-talented guys lounge in big comfy chairs, in front of the fireplace, or around the bar, ready to meet and please you. They have an all-Dutch night on Wednesdays, with local strippers, videos, snacks, and drinks. On Fridays and Saturday nights they have no-cover strip performances at around 10pm, with porn stars of international fame, and they mingle with the audience, too. As far as "reasonable price" I don't recall exactly what the cost was, but it was in the vicinity of $200 US. Not cheap, but well worth it.
