Northern italians are much more "organized", even if you find perhaps hotter, typically mediterrenean kind of boys/men in the South.

 

Milan has beautiful men, always VERY elegant. Rome is a more passional city, and so its men.

The South is more complicated, because of more taboos and too much religion influence, there are more closted bisexuals than openly gay men. But when you find the right Neapolitan or Sicilian man you can find Brasilians cold!

The escort scene has changed in Italy a great deal from when I first went there in 1995. Back then you cold barely find escorts. I remember calling an agency in 2000, and they were perfectly willing to send someone over, but the guy's English was barely intelligible, and I don't speak Italian.
