2/18 coverboy photo of Colin

Maximum's Colin is ill served by the 2/18 coverboy photo. His face looks drawn, ashen and creased -- as if he just disembarked from a sleeplees overnight flight to Europe.

 

Some hair styling also would have helped.

 

The Colin I met -- and greatly enjoyed for company and sex -- has vibrant, rosy skin and beautfiul auburn hair. The cliche that a guy showed up looking far better than his photos indeed applies this time.

Ditto... The Colin that I met also looked way better than this... The Colin that I met also has some ink on his upper arms, which I assume was removed to conceal his identity... yet he shows a face picture... Though since he looks so much better "in the flesh" I doubt that anyone would be able to identify him via this ill-chosen photograph anyway...

 

I'm surprised as Stephen (who I assumed took the pic) is usually a master with the camera...

I should also have noted in person Colin, as the other cliche goes, looks much younger than in his pics. In this case, maybe 5-10 years younger.

Since we are not only a "tough crowd" but are also are a group that prides itself on "attention to detail", I must also note that on the "Coverboy Photo" the name is spelled Collin... as opposed to Colin... I have always assumed that the version with one "L" was the preferred and correct spelling...

I was on track to meet Colin last Fall and was going to include him in one of my David and Andrew Justice adventures. But, at the last minute, I got distracted by this other guy and as per usual when I second guess myself for no good reason, I made a mistake and have regretted it ever since...

 

Then I saw that pic this morning and thought, well... maybe not. Odd timing too, because his new pics on the Maximum site are hot as Hell. So much so, that I emailed Stephen last week to see about setting something up with the aforemetioned men for late Spring.

 

Haven't heard back as yet, but maybe be filming aspect queered the deal.. oh, well.

ALRIGHT ALREADY!!!!!!!!!! :-) It's a poor photo choice, probably one of the only times I have made an error in judgement regarding a photo, but I've heard everything you guys have said and sent in a replacement pic to Daddy this afternoon. It will go up when he has time to make the change.

 

In truth I know you all are right. I'm simply not used to using face photos of our guys and I made a mistake by submitting this one. Colin does admittedly look drawn and older than his years in this photo. The one thing I'm glad for is the commentary from those of you who have seen him in person explaining that this isn't a fair representation of him.

 

Funny, I honestly thought I was doing him a favor by putting this photo up. How wrong a person can be!!

Call me Mr Contrary--I didn't think the picture was half-bad. I thought it looked like an attractive muscular guy.

Well February is almost shot to hell and Colin is still going strong... and Stephen posted new pics on the Maximum website as well. I never submitted a review of Colin because Colin himself said that he would be leaving the USA in a couple of weeks to spend the Winter... or rather Summer... "down under" in Australia.

 

That not being the case so far, I would assume there is a certain demand for the guy... and the money... especially when translated into Aussie dollars must be good... as each USD is approximately equal to 1.56 AUD.

Yes indeed Colin has remained in NYC and plans to for the time being. He's somewhat popular and is actually reconsidering the move to Australia. So for those of you who haven't seen him yet (or those who want to again) you will have ample opportunity to do so.

Those pictures are of Colin and they appear to have been taken on the location used for other Maximum shoots. Yet some of the shots on Rentboy have never appeared on Maximum's site, or anywhere else that I've seen. So it may be the real Colin. A bargain at $200.

 

Why not call and ask?

And if the bloke who answers has an accent that falls somewhere between Ireland and Australia, the man is probably Colin. Filching a guys's shots is one thing. Imitating his accent would be something else, and quite novel as these deceptions go.
