Good thinking on posting the pic, EXPAT, as the ad was flagged for removal. Yes, the boy is yummy.

 

I am struck, however, by his using the phrase "fully functional." Isn't that generally reserved for the TS scene? Or, is there an emerging substitute for "versatile?"

Craigslist uses sparse reasoning for removing a post. In fact, anyone with a little time can have a post removed pretty easily.

 

Most are deleted automatically after receiving more than X number of flag requests. Usually the trolls or even other escorts flag the posts.

 

The guy does look sweet but it seems as if I've seen him or that pic anyway somewhere else. But probably just my memory playing tricks on me.

I have been seeing this term used often on CL lately. I also see the letters "FF" being used as well; which can be confused with Fist Fucking :O

 

Its my understanding that the phrase means no issues with getting and staying hard.

 

If I'm incorrect please let me know.
