Per another thread on here (http://mc.daddysreviews.com/dcboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=7&topic_id=82869&mesg_id=82869&page=), when I go to this escort's ad and click on 'send e-mail' I get a pop-up box which says please login first. I checked with my ad, and no such pop-up box appears. Possible glitch?

Thanks for posting a possible glitch in Montblanc's profile. I went in this morning to his profile, clicked on Email Me and I got the email form without a problem.

Yup, I still have the same problem. I tried in both Firefox and IE, and I get the 'you must log in first' pop-up. Of course if I log in and try it, there's no problem. Were you already logged in when you tried?

I logged out of my account yesterday and was able to send him an email without having to log in no problem

tried again today it worked fine

 

I do remember when the site first launched that I was asked to log in again when i wanted to watch a video even though i had already logged in every now and then it still happens

 

one thing I wish that the site would not sign you out so fast when I decided to leave my computer

otherwise i don't know what is going on with that possible glitch

As of today there is not a way to search who is newest by location. You can check who is newest on the site in GENERAL by clicking on "Search new escorts and masseurs" link below the six 'RentMen Newest' profiles on the upper left on the home page.

 

When you search by location you can also choose 'Online Now' and 'Available Now' and you can see when the escort or masseur last logged into their profile.

 

But now we need to add a check box for 'Newest Profiles in this location'.

 

Excellent suggestion and it will be added, I've posted it on my 'to do' list just now. The suggetions from this blog are substanative and simply super.

Jay and I are both back from europe, we were gone for 5 weeks filming videos (look for them on the site once the endless editing is done!) and of all things getting my teeth fixed - much cheaper in europe and better results.

 

I was posting a few comments on Daddy's today and then searched for this thread in Daddy's archives and found the thread; and your original question and then your final post stating we don't care about your mail - We haven't checked the forum while traveling; very sorry for making you feel poorly.

 

Here is the scoop about advertising in Europe. We're trying to ramp up our global reach by posting ads on sites there where we can and posting in blogs in europe and asia. Its a slow process and we've been focusing on it starting only in the last month while away. Now that we're back I'm continuing the effort.

 

In the US we are great for escorts in the major cities and gaining in rural areas; we're now on the first page in Google and Yahoo for all our keywords and client traffic is up 19% over the past month alone. Paid renewals are way, way up so we know we're getting our guys good business. Our Alexa rating continues to improve.

 

OF COURSE we don't get as much traffic - we're not as big as M4RN or Rentboy - they have been in business for 8 and 15 years respectively, they have 5 and 3 times the daily traffic respectively and are VERY well known and will continue to be. That is why our pricing of $9.95 up to $24.95 for profiles reflects this difference in traffic. We've done some research and we're now the 3rd largest US escort site behind the aformentioned sites - all other US startups over the last year have declining traffic. We wish everyone success but of course are pleased that our continual efforts are being rewarded in growth. Fingers crossed and knock on wood!

 

If you put a video in your profile you'll get much more exposure and client traffic on RentMen - that is our niche so feel free to exploit it! We've also added up to 3 travel cities (for free) so when you travel update your profile and your ad will be shown in these cities too per the dates you choose.

 

I had already extended your profile free for a year on RentMen.com some time back and I just updated it as valid until Nov 18, 2009 - look for an increase in client responses in Brussels, Belgium over this time and please let us know how our european efforts are going by that time.

Hey Rick - hope your summer was good... we're back from traveling shooting some videos in BG and I was reviewing this thread from archives.

 

To your original post here - we've improved the travel cities feature since you last posted - you can now list in 3 travel cities at once on RentMen.com and in your original. It's simple; list the city and the dates to and from and your ad is there during that date range. Your profile in the travel city also lists the date range you are there in bold green text.

Hi Doe Be Doe - was reviewing this thread today and wanted to tell you that we did implement a solution to finding the 'newest' profiles and videos in our search functions. This was your suggestion when we asked a few months back.

 

Now when you click on the "SEARCH" icon you can click 'New Profiles' and you are brought to a search option "Since Last Month" or "Since Last Week" in the search options. You are also brought to this screen when you click on "Search New Profiles" in the RentMen Newest area and "Search Newest Videos" in the Newest Videos area.
