Escort Agencies verses RentBoy (San Francisco)

Before the advent of the InterNet, I used to use Escort agencies until the internet and the local police put many escort agencies out of business. I've tried to keep to my rule of only employing escorts that have reviews here (or on the old site, which I used to visit daily).

 

I notice that most of the reviews are outside of San Francisco. Is anyone aware of an escort agency in the northern california area that is reputable? I still use Rentboy, but have been burned a few times.

San Francisco does not have any escort agencies for men! So, I guess you will have to continue to use http://www.Rentboy.com and/orwww.men4rentnow.com.

Some of the guys on both of the aforementioned sites also (occasionally) advertise on http://www.Craigslist.org

Thanks for the info. Actually, it does amaze me that SF doesn't have male escort agencies, as they once did. Rentboy does generally work for me, though. I make sure I never engage an escort who hasn't been reviewed, though. That's why I depend on this site and the contributors. By following this rule, I only had 1 really bad expereince over the last several years.

By the way, I've never used Craigslist for escorts. I've noticed everyone does "massages", any I am afraid that's all I'd get!

If you'd like to hear my one bad experience, here it is!

 

A few years back, there was an escort (reviewed here as Colby Cruise) who had stellar reviews. I emailed him, but asked if he were truly versatile. He stated he was. His body as so hot on the website, but he had an unusual attitue. He wouldn't commit to kissing or anything; it depended on the client.

 

That should have been a red flag. Most professional escorts are honest and make a committment regarding their services. He also had an arrogant attitude, but his pictures were SO hot!

 

I made an appt, and went to see him at a hotel in SF. He did not resemble the photos at all. Now, if an escort has aged a bit, or isn't as perfect as the photos, I understand. Colby, however, was not nearly as defined as the snapshots. He also had his tatoos airbrushed out. He was only average.

 

He thought, however, he was a greek god, and wouldn't kiss not get fucked. Earlier, however, he had me email him a picture of my dick to see if he could take it. He stated he could

 

We "played" for about 15 minutes. He wouldn't blow me, only allow me to blow him. His body was not worth me worshipping. I asked him about his emails agreeing to kissing and getting fucked. He denied making that agreement, and told me he didn't have to be an escort. He only did this to "bring happiness" to others.

 

Well, besides not living up to his agreement nor description, he was nuts as well. He further explained he wouldn't get fucked because "one of you raped me once".

 

Frankly, I couldn't understand the earlier reviews. He hasn't posted on rentboy since.

Yikes! That's horrible that happened to you. I think most of us have had similar awful experiences once (or twice) in our lives.

If they show a hot body and a turgid dick and allow one to touch as well as cite "other" in their ad, they'll engage in other erotic services.

Craigslist has recently made some changes to its posting rules regarding erotic services. They now require posters in the erotic services area to create an account, complete with a verifiable telephone number. They also ban any reference to sexual terms (e.g. greek, oral, etc.). About the only thing you can say is massage, so that is what all the guys are saying.

 

I am sure that, if you were to contact many of them by e-mail, they would be interested in providing more diversified services. Craigslist is simply making it harder for them to say so outright.

yeah james is right. when i advertise on the cl. i use to put massage only no oral or anal contact. it now wont let you say that. i have too say something like hand contact only. and had to register an account

For professional escorts who want to promote themselves, Rentboy is the gold standard. However, if one is diligent, one may discover a fresh, new contestant both in CL and M4R Now. Often, this is where an escort will start his career. Recently, I have found several, charming winners on CL.

I agree I think the cl is good for those who are just starting out. once some good regular clients are coming in they should move on the some paid advertising..
