I don't know about San Francisco, but the words "top" and "Washington, DC" just don't go together. I have lived in the DC area my entire life and DC is a "city of bottoms". There are some escorts that are tops but they aren't my "cup of tea". Historically in the DC area, escorts that advertised as versatile were really bottoms most of the time and tops were typically versatile and leaned towards bottom.
