I agree with ryan. Why did ncm2169 contact Zack in the first place if he had no intention of hiring him? There have been numerous thread abouts Zack/Jack Surf over the last few months. In fact, I believe ncm2169 was the first one to start such a thread:

So on the off chance that Zack is legit (which I doubt) why contact him in the first place when you know alrady you have no intention of hiring him because of his former barebacking activities. But I think the whole thing is some sort of credit card/idenity theft scam to begin with. Despite the ready availability of his email address and/or phone number, no one can make an appointment with "Zack" without going through the reservsation service which requires one's credit card number in order to verify identity. In addition, he's currently running the same ads in Tampa (and who knows where else); it's impossible to be in more than one place at a time. He's always running ads in multiple cities at the same time. A few weeks ago he professed to be in both Dallas and Raleigh at the same time.

Interesting post--at 1st I thought you were pro NCM because you "imply" that Zack is over his stated age--by the way I am willing to believe you are under 50 if you will believe I am under 40 (fair enough? :P ). Then your post seemed to turn more in favor of Zack. In either case,I think you need to go back over the recent postings--the majority of them from my perusal indicate that Jack is ****NOT*** on the "up and up". The ad is probably a scam to obtain credit card numbers.

This is, if not word for word the same, then "almost" word for word the same reply that he sent to me. I will admit to trying to contact him under several different e-mail accounts--I was interested initially in seeing if he always made people confirm with him through the FEVKey--then when I began to really think it was a scam-I wanted to see if he always replied back to a new person in the same way. He probably has that reply about 'having been out and just received the message" saved somewhere on his computer so he can just whip it off at a moment's notice.

 

Also I looked up FEVKey on google--there are postings that go both ways. At least one guy says it is not a scam and that he has met a real (female) escort through it--others say it is extremely hard to stop the recurring charges.

 

As for Zack, there is his posting in multiple cities at the same time. So for now until more evidence accrues--I have to think he is "Mr Scam MAN'--AND THAT'S WHY NCM's (or any other poster's)inquiry and post is legit--so we can all have more information. Maybe--and I very much doubt this--it's not a scam--but if people don't report their experiences, how will we know?

He's definitely older than 24. He was one of the original models on StraightCollegeMen.com billed as "Jack". He's first appearance there was November 2001 and that website list his age as 21. He then made 3 appearances on SeanCody.com in 2002 as "Marc", although SeanCody doesn't list any of this stats. At least 2 or 3 of the pics on his web site are from the StraightCollegeMen web site, so they're at least 6.5-7 years old.
