Here is yet another first for me

 

An escort called me today and said that he had "bad news", that he "had to" cancel his Sunday visit to see me. "Why?", I asked and it was because his bf (and not a new one. No, the same one that he had when he booked and confirmed and let me buy the ticket. Yes, that one) does not want him to do overnites. Now, he can still work in the city, but he cannot fly to Oklahoma and "sleep in the same bed with me.." That's just too initmate. My tongue up his butt for hours... now, that's ok, but sleeping in the same bed... not so much. Really? For the record, my guests have their own rooms and for damned sure, their own beds. I reminded him of this. Just as point of fact, mind you, because by this time, I knew that the writing was on the wall. I mean, if it ain't easy, let it go...otherwise, it usually turns out no fun for anybody. Most especially, me.

 

If I have learned one thing... it's... don't force it. Eat the ticket, save the fee, wait til next time. Bitch about it plenty, to you guys but still move on....

 

Now, he really did feel bad because as he told me more than once, he "really did need the money..." and "work was work...". While I was not under the illusion that we were falling in love and that he was coming out here to plan the wedding, I don't have to be reminded again and again of what hard (and according to another post in the another thread...that's a real issue) labor it was all going to be for him. Wow, bitchy, even for me.

 

Really, though. I told the guy not to fuck up his personal life for this and not to come out here all conflicted. He said the he should have the bf pay for the ticket....I said that I didn't want to mess with that. The ticket is good for a year after purchase date and my guess, (being the jaded old maid that I am) is that the same cannot be said for that relationship. But I am NOT bitter about it. Really, I'm not. I just wanted you guys to know. Not meaning to bash him. He was stuck between a rock and a hard (that word again..why does it keep coming up? Or not) place, and he chose his real life as I urged him to do. Good for him for abandoning professionalism and his word and standing by his man. Tammy would be so proud. Again, really, really bitchy.

 

I was having my doubts anyway after Vabballfan's post. These things happen for a reason. Saved me some $$$ and maybe an awkward experience. And he did have the nuts to call and tell me. And besides, he did say that I can see him anytime I am in NYC and that will be, I don't know...ummm....never. I don't fly. They all come here. Or, at least, the ones without Ike Turner for a bf.

 

Buf what does love have to do with it?

Maybe the tone was a little bit harsher than I intended. My sarcasm overtakes me at times.

 

And I am not pissed off.

 

I really do think that when these things go south, there is a reason. Not meant to be and before Miss Munroe chimes in with a chorus of "Que Sera, Sera", I think that sometimes that is just the case. I was just telling you guys about it because this is where we discuss escorts and our experiences and this was a new one for me. He is not evil and this does not make him a bad fuck. I really felt for him today. He didn't want to cancel and yet he felt he had no choice. It didn't make sense to him, either and yet, he had to pick up a phone and explain it to me. Is that love? How the fuck would I know? But something was more important to him than the $$$$ he was going to get from me.

I posted this and bitched and then tried to call J Anthony (twice)whose stupid mailbox is full and then thought about calling Dane Scott and then just had a few beers and moved on... to my mystery guy on April 20 and then Ty and David and then it looks promising for Tom Isern and Devin Roff.

First, J Anthony is in Chicago tomorrow through the weekend. So I think Okie was looking for a quick trip from Chicago to his home state.

 

Second I have been known to give a little to the escort where he has a personal relationship. It is difficult enough to have one but to be an escort certainly complicates it even more. However, this one is just over the top. His last review was an OVERNIGHT!! Did the boyfriend just now have a revalation. Me thinks the boy friend wants Chris not to be an escort.
