Back a few years ago (about 8 years), an acquaintance and I decided to throw orgies every few months. These were big deals, held at hotels. I held three of them. The first one had 29 guests, the second one had 33, and the last one had 41 attendees. You just have to make sure to pick a large enough hotel room/suite where that many people can be comfortable. We never once had any issues with the hotel management, although I imagine some of the housekeeping staff were none too pleased the next day.
