Here is the ad and he doesn't look very Asian to me. The ad has been up for quite sometime and with the same text. I think it was even discussed before (when it first appeared). Looks pretty All-American to be me (in punk or goth sort of way). I think he just didn't pay attention in school. Plus according to the stats he doesn't realize his hair is not currently blond, but who knows maybe blond is his natural color.

I found the "kid's" MySpace page. Turns out he really is a blond, but he's looks better with dark hair. The writing is slightly better...grammar and syntax are still bad...but spelling seems ok.

Yes. I do encounter bad copy every now and then... but if the model looks right for my taste, I tend to over look his syntax and grammar and hire him for only one purpose -- SEX!

It is very obvious he was translating from Italian to English, verbatim. If you speak Italian; and translate the ad, word for word back to Italian ... You will realize he is very expressive and is very inviting in his ad! His message is quite clear to me (but thats because I read it with his Italian background in mind!).

 

I am sure we are all attuned to foreigners, who are trying to express themselves in a borrowed language! And I know most of us overlook the language difficulty-- just as long as the man fits our type!
