A friend of mine was there this past spring and he said he found most of the guys (both pro and amature) to be very into scamming clients. Trying various ways to get more $$$ out of you and some even claiming they love you and would join you in your own country and be your lover forever, but needed some money to settle their affairs before hopping on the plane, the ticket for which you are expected to pay for up front.

 

So.... that said - just be careful. There are most certainly some good looking men there. I have always had a big soft spot for those Slavic types.
