I would have no reason to doubt Scott. Whether I am offended by someone when they ask me if I am Jewish depends soley on why they are asking me :o

Escorts are healthcare practitioners and in some ways are more therapeutic than physicians so why would it surprise you that a Jewish guy is an escort?

Face it, the money ain't bad!

First off let me say thank you to everyone for their kind words in here. I’ve been on what I can only call a message board sabbatical these days. As I said with the blog (linked below – thanks for asking verymarried), I’m trying to live my life not dwell on it and finding the balance is difficult but I sincerely am determined to make it work. Honestly, not to assign blame, I’m hoping that blogger.com will take their suggestion boxes seriously and change their interface to make it more user friendly.

So anyway … wow. I have been checking in and figure something like this is the perfect time to chime in. Since I have something to say about everything ( ;) ) I’ll try and get answers to everything.

-Anything interesting, well EXPAT and I jointly cruised the waiter, that’s gotta count for something.

-I’m not sure of the particular winery off the top of my head but I know it was a New Zealand Viognier from 2004.

-Still charging but have been eliminating the probono from my private practice ;)

-Epigonos, did you want this months advertisement costs in cash or via paypal? Thanks for the very eloquent explanation that I think summed things up very aptly.

-Arlington …. ::smack::

-Axiom, hmm. Can’t speak for said escort without knowing him but there could have been a myriad of variable that could have affected your evening together. Devil’s Advocate, the escort might have been having oral issues of his own. I never hesitate to tell a manager (or waiter) if I receive bad service. This industry especially should be the same; if you don’t tell your guy that you weren’t satisfied and aren’t writing a review as such then he can’t rectify the situation. Why would you ignore the email entirely instead of telling him exactly why you couldn’t return the compliment of having a great time?

-Lucky … mark your calendars people … you’re right. I’ve been meaning to change it from about two weeks after it was posted but I’ve been too busy on every possible level to risk more messages not that I mind them. I just like to respond to everyone timely and it’s already hard enough ;)

-Pierrot and Luv2play. Just as there are many types of escorts there are many types of clients. I didn’t see people complaining about the helicopter review a little bit ago. Let’s not forget escorts are not sex toys, they are companions in every sense of the word. Just as much as you look for certain things in escorts escorts look for certain things in clients. To call that part of the evening irrelevant is rude to those who DO find it valuable. If people can find value in an escort review by a woman then the former certainly has some significance.

My rates aren’t posted because they vary, end of story. To post anything else would be misleading/legally questionable as pointed out. My rates vary for two hour, three hour, four hours depending on the interests and intent of the client; Luv2play, perhaps you could avoid stirring the pot? In my information section at the top of the page it says:

“Rates for time: Start at $250 but vary with many options”

As to your other comments, Pierrot that’s obviously your prerogative but here’s a thought – do some work on your own and send an email or make a phone call to someone you actually ARE interested and ask their rate. Or is your time being billed out at more per minute than they’ll be charging you? I mean you are spending a great deal of time here so a few extra emails shouldn’t be too much trouble =-)

-EuropTravl … >> I guess some escorts get final "script approval" before the review is published

I make a polite request to those who offer to write reviews or say they may be inclined to do so, it’s weird how people show a little courtesy at a simple request. I’ve also let anyone who actually DOES have final script approval to try and consider that request as well but it’s not the end of the world. Several of the old reviews had it. As I said earlier, my main concern is that the same rate doesn’t necessarily apply to every situation and I’ve had time wasted and awkward situations arise out of a misplaced assumption – nothing more intricate. Charlie has it pretty on point and thanks to him for pointing it out.

-Thanks PJ =-) Justin’s in bed with me (WATCHING A MOVIE … GET THE DIRTY MINDS OUT OF THE GUTTER) and says Hi ;)

-EXPAT can I even begin to thank you enough. Thought of you on the 4th … love those fireworks ;)

-Philly Guy … >> two Jews negotiating …. I just got chills. Oy. You’re making me a little feklempt though. Thanks. Controversy sells newspapers, let’s just hope it drives up the value of my artist’s work now that he’s getting pursued for copyright stupidity and lack of originality.

-Looking forward to giving you the best experience possible Louis ;)

-Jewish Male Escort, what’s so funny?. There was a great joke on Will and Grace about Will’s therapist being in New York’s Top 75 psychotherapists and when they took all the Jews she made top 2. These days with my degree I feel even less bad about charging what I do because essentially what I spent most of my time playing therapist, now I just have more credentials to do so. I didn’t find it offensive though, I think it was meant in good fun. It was no different than one of the original threads started about me discussing the Adler portion.

-Rick, Nishto Balibt Ponem … ::muah::

-JT, yOUre RiGHT, repetitive PatteRNs get annoying after A while in many SITUATIONS! :+

-buckguy – oy, downtown isn’t that far from WeHo? Even by Vespa in little to no traffic it takes about half an hour each way. Can you imagine that by car? For stuff like that I try to have a minimum or nominal travel fee which tends to elicit a desire for a longer session. Everyone’s happier that way. While I don’t welcome a negotiation, I welcome an email and we can take it from there – there’s never a strike if you don’t swing at the ball.

Thanks again to everyone for their input and kind words. Back to the movie, it's Diane Keaton night at the brothel.

SA that was a very reasonable and intelligent reply to all the posts, including mine, concerning your recent review. In my case, mea culpa, as I now realize that I was "stirring the pot", which you rightly called me on.

When I reconsidered the "prices may vary" scenario, I realized that that is precisely what many professionals who render a service do, for instance my dentist. And I suppose the formula can sometimes favor the client, as in my case last night when an erotic massage I was having turned into a lot more. When the time came to paying up, my masseur only charged me a very modest premium over the massage rate since I hadn't specifically "asked" for the extras, that just sort of happened spontaneously. :p

Rick! First you don't know from Yahweh and now this?

Being a nice goy, I won't show you up by translating here. (Which, translated, means it is too hot to rummage in the attic for my copy of Leo Rosten!)

Thank you. I'm glad that you received it in the constructive tone it was meant and not in attack form.
