Theo in DC?

Well, I just asked about Sven, and now someone else has popped up in DC. He's Theo on Rentboy. Sorry, I can't figure out how to post a direct link, but an advanced search on DC for Theo pops him right up.

 

Really hot pix, but he seems to have come out of nowhere. No reviews I can find. Anybody have any info?
