Matt Cole, Porn Star, is advertising his services at $350 per hour. That is amazing to me. I would love to hire him, but not at that rate. Does anyone else charge that much? What do you all think of this rate? I guess if people pay it then he's entitled to it. Too bad for me.

To be honest, I quite enjoy watching porn performers placing an hourly rate on the 'pleasure of their company'. Sometimes, they jump into the water with an exorbitant rate and are gone days/weeks later, others persist for an incredible amount of time and are very successful (often, they seem to make escorting their main 'thrust' (excuse the pun) and keep making movies only to enhance their escorting business), while others pop in and out of the market when they seem to need some cash.

 

I've been watching the ads of one fairly popular (and relative newcomer) performer and have seen his hourly rate bounce around anywhere from $200 to $350. Though to be fair, I've seen non-porn performer escorts play 'wheel-of-fortune' with their hourly rate too...

 

Because I live far away from where most of these guys are, or travel to, it doesn't really matter what their hourly rate is, partly because I tend to go for somewhat longer engagements and mostly because the add-on costs of traveling really make the higher hourly costs less relevant.

 

What is absolutely important though, is I have a good time, so when I do travel and decide to hire, I'm going to put that fair chunk of my hard-earned money towards someone who I know (either through personal experience or trusted recommendation) is going to be great, rather than someone who looks hot on the screen performing in the unreal/fantasy world of porn...

 

Maybe Matt Cole's the unknown god of all escorts, but with airfare, plus hotel, plus meals etc a $50 or even $100 difference in his rate isn't likely to make the difference in hiring him in my case...
