Dick, I liked your comment! Although I gave this review a cursory reading, I did find it to be a might much in terms of its length! I guess the guy who sucked and got fucked was so taken with the experience that he could not resist being oh so verbose in his writing about it! :-)

Alex and Rob are very friendly and the reviewer had a great time in his two encounters. In the first encounter, the reviewer got fucked by Rob the first time while Alex came in his mouth. After several paragraphs describing his appreciation and anticipation for the second encounter, he had a second session where Rob fucked him again and they both came in his mouth.

The reviewer is contemplating a third encounter, which will no doubt require a minimum of 10,000 words to describe...

I wonder if this will cause Daddy to put a word/character limit on the 'experience' section?

;)

RE: The Gift

Apparently the reviewer was just kidneying! But, if he should die on the third visit, as is probable given his review, is this website liable?

"While it is true they provide a service for which they receive some compensation, Alex and Rob give so much more to the experience that it is no longer a service but becomes a most generous gift. I guess the only thing I’d appreciate more would be a matching kidney, but fortunately I don’t need one of those. I needed Alex and Rob, and I didn’t know how much I needed them. I didn’t know that a second visit could possibly be superior to the first visit, and I’m almost afraid whether my body could withstand that much excitement on a third visit. Somehow, I think I am going to want to risk it.

RE: The Gift

Thank you alanalt and Lucky. I am considering using the reviewer to be the ghost writer of my future reviews. I am sure he could turn a simple statement such as "I got fucked hard" into a 12 paragraph review.

I would almost wonder if the review was fake and written by Alex or Rob, but would even they build themselves up so much? Also the review seemed to me to be written in pretty much colloquial English--so that might also be a point against Alex and Rob writing it.

And in case the poster is aware of the Message Center, and is reading our impressions of the Review--I'm glad you had a nice time with Alex and Rob, but the Review is a bit (and "bit" is a large understatement) too much.

Now that is only my opinion--and that and 2.50 may get you a Venti at Starbucks--on the other hand it may not--I don't usually drink coffee and have no ideas what the different sizes of Starbuck's coffee cost.

RE: The Gift

I've heard Alex and Rob are decent guys and really nice. No way they wrote this review.

I was just about to say the same thing. Just like Goldilocks - "this reivew's too short" "this review's too long" is there ever one that's "just right"? :+

While admittedly finding the "Happy medium" can be hard in a review, this was definitely too long--in my humble opinion.

Perhaps you missed the smiley?

There's endless kvetching when there isn't enough information, and endless kvetching when there's too much.

There's definitely humor in the situation! :-) (repeat :-))

RE: The Gift

I, too, have received email information about Alex and Rob from a few guys who've been with the duo. I've also been in touch with the couple as I'd like to see them for my birthday which I anticipate happening within a few months.

Their responses have been cordial as well as enticing; I doubt that either one of these hunks need more advertisement via a review! :9

There was OVERKILL in the guy's review! I think the reader received the gist of what he had to say in the first three or four paragraphs.

As one who have reviewed in the past, I think the readers received just enough of the picture to engage or not to hire the escort that I'd had the pleasure of seeing! I was far from being verbose!

Alex and Rob seem to inspire "Gone with The Wind" length reviews.

Anyone with a long memory might remember the one awful review of these two hotties by bachdon.

It is review #23 from 2006. Bachdon is a self described "unattractive man with thalydomide type hands and legs."

The following sentence was part of Alex and Rob's response to bachdon:

...."Not to mention, he showed up 30 min late. In closing, it is very disappointing that someone could be so cruel and try to damage a good thing that we have going because of their dishonesty."

The review was discussed extensively on this site, and most agreed that bachdon should have disclosed his disability. I believe even bachdon agreed. However, I found Alex and Rob's response about ruining a good thing a little insensitive. No, let's make that very insenstive. So I read all of Alex and Rob's subsequent reviews and

laugh at the idiots that write the novellas about how gods like these guys are.

As you said, it was hashed out at considerable length at the time. So what's your point in bringing it up again? Nostalgia?

Yeah, Alex and Rob sure screwed up in that instance with their actions and their response. Maybe you're lucky and life hasn't offered you a similar opportunity to screw up too.

All I can say is that if your idea of amusement is to read subsequent reviews where Alex and Rob (apparently) didn't screw up and call those reviewers 'idiots', then I feel great pity for you... :(

I was concerned about bachdon, because he seemed to me to be a particularly vulnerable kind of client, both physically and emotionally, so I pursued a correspondence with him outside the MB (we still do communicate irregularly). I learned a lot about him, and I found him quite credible, so I believe that his review was an accurate description of what happened, and I thought Alex and Rob's crass response confirmed that. However, when we read a review, we must remember that it is one person's subjective reaction to one experience, not an in-depth biographical analysis of the escort. One client's god may be another's monster, and vice versa, and both may be true to some degree. Whenever an escort has a pile of reviews, I expect to see some variation, and am always somewhat suspicious if they all express exactly the same evaluation.

I also corresponded with Backdon, although we have not communicated for a long time. He is a nice guy, and felt bad about what happened to all three people.

I agree about the value of a variety of reviews (and responses).

However, I thought then (and still think today) that Alex and Rob's response was the most insensitive I have ever read on this site (going back to 2000).

Based on their response to Backdon, I would never consider hiring them.
