Don't know about Lane (you can watch his videos and see he's changed his look from the first ones to the latter ones - but when he's 65 he'll still be the cutest one in the medicare line), but when it comes to "Boys Next Door" I've heard you shouldn't part with one dime of money until the escort walks through your door. It's interesting that they list his cause of death from liver cancer as "unconfirmed." Death certificates are public documents which list the immediate and ultimate causes of death, as well as contributing factors. It's no secret. I've never really heard of anyone dying at 36 of liver cancer, although I guess if you really tried hard...

Perhaps he had Hepatitis or some other liver disease to begin with...Death certificates are extremely unreliable sources of information--I've gone through this with geneology. "Unconfirmed" means that the doctor who pronounced him dead wasn't sure of the cause of death---very common if it wasn't his doctor or if he was pronounced somewhere that didn't have his medical records or a reliable informant (friend or family member present). The medical examiner's office will then do an "investigation" unless someone askes for an autopsy (very rare). The investigation tends to be cursory. I went through this with a relative. It's likely to be less mysterious than it sounds, and the investigation (which often consists of talking to family and treating physicians) can unearth all kinds of useless information. It may not even include a good look at the medical record. Like I said, death certificates aren't very reliable.

I just Googled "steroids" and "liver cancer" and got 241,000 listings.

And, right, Hepatitis B and C are associated with cancer - especially C which is the most common infection. But I still bet long term steroid abuse, not that I ever met the guy.

(sorry, my little joke about thread drift. Guilty! Anyway, I've only seen Fuller on Boys Next Door and David Forest, neither of whom I'd trust. Both are notorious for pitching guys that left the biz years ago - one way or another!)

I think what people are telling you, if you read between the lines, is that BND is known to advertise gentlemen that they do not represent. I've spoken to several guys listed (unwillingly) on that site and the kindest word they've used to describe the owner is skank.

 

Fuller used to be part of the David Forest enterprise, I think, so if you want to contact him I suspect you could through them. That's if he even wants to be contacted.

 

I've met Lane socially several times. He's drop dead gorgeous, for sure, but has the presence of a cardboard cutout.
