I would love to understand the story of this guy. I was in West Hollywood today and saw him standing on the corner of Santa Monica Blvd and La Cienega in a tuxedo without the jacket and tie. I kept looking at him while I was at the light because I thought I recognized him and then I remembered the thread here somewhere about his unbelievable rates. I was on my way to Starbuck's. So when I left much later, I went back out of curiousity and he was still there on the corner? What's up with that? Do we still have boys working the corners?
