OK, now I'm confused. Does this mean that "straight-acting" guys have sensitive nipples but never refer to that fact, or does it mean that "straight-acting" guys have numb, insensitive nipples? :o

This is all making so much sense now. So, the TV show Nip/Tuck is gay, but if it were straight-acting, it would be called Nipple/Tuckle.
