Not only is DC the nation's capital, its the capital of bottoms rivaling just about any other place that comes to mind. A top in Washington, DC is a tourist. That said here are a few thoughts from my experience as a local resident.

 

Note, I have not hired Lynden (yet) but you might want to contact him as an option.

 

Joey Pirelli is really good and has a nice compact athletic build. One the nicest guys you could possbily meet. Intelligent, funny, and very accommodating.

 

I have been trying to write a review of Scott Westin but it's not been easy to offer a fair review of a very mediocre experience.

 

Don't just limit yourself to DC, consider Baltimore as well. I have heard good things about Chris but don't know if he's still working.

 

You might want to consider one of the traveling guys that comes through from time to time. However, you will note a good many of them happen to be tops. DC has to import tops from New York, Philly and elsewhere.

 

After Aaron Scott was forced into retirement I have only recently gone back to considing DC guys again. It's a tough market IMO others may disagree.

No disagreement here. It was a tough market when I moved away in the early 90's and I keep hearing it hasn't changed a lot.

 

It's really sad, too. In the mid-80's it was like Sodom on the Potomac. You could find pretty much anything you wanted on the street. Then the city cleaned up the street scene (coinciding with the onset of the AIDS crisis) and it seemed the entire city lost its sex drive.

 

The few times I've been back, there's been nothing. But I suspect I now have a reason to visit. }(

Yeah, I remember my first visit while in college in 1986/87. WOW! Talk about making an impression on a naive kid from the deep south. Now even the bars here are uninteresting. Plenty of S&M places - Stand and Model thick with attitude and no justifiable reason for it.

I never have been exactly sure what an "aggressive bottom" is. Could it be a term used for someone who forces you to fuck him?

I'm guessing you missed Bryan Wilder (visiting from Atlanta; actually he just seems to travel), who probably could have fit the bill. I'm sure he'll be back in a few months. My guess is that after the first of the year, when the convention/conference season gets going again, there will be other visitors.

I have never seen Lynden, but for the most part the escorts in DC (almost exclusive bottoms unless they are from out of town) are abyssmal.

 

The ones that are bottoms (the vast majority) are mostly miserable bottoms.

 

I go to Philadelphia or New York or hiring traveling guys rather than deal with the less than mediocre local talent.

On a business trip to D.C., I've experienced Lynden, and I can say he's about the classiest escort I've had in D.C. in a long time. The best comparison, and this goes back a few years, is Talvin DeMacchio. Talvin was more pumped up than Lynden is, but sweet Lynden has a delightfully fit body and is a very fine top. (Talvin has pretty much priced himself out of my range in recent years. But the photos on his website suggest he has kept himself in the best of shape. And I have fond memories of him as one of the finest escorts I've ever experienced... Those eyes!!! But catching Talvin in D.C. is difficult. Although the capital area is his "home base" he seems to be on the road most of the time.)

I have never met him, but I have had some very nice email conversations with Lynden. His responses are instantaneous, very good sense of humor and very open to your comments. His website which he recently posted for us to review says he is 100% versatile and loves top and bottom equally. So I would contact him, you will find out quickly.

 

As to the term aggressive bottom, being one, I always describe myself as always being into the role of bottom with everything I've got. Being verbal, using your ass to the best of your ability, keeping your hands busy on the body of the top and works particularily well with an aggressive top as the intensity and passion are usually over the top.

 

I too lament Aaron's departure, top for me but a really hot body and cool guy to be with.
