I liked this hot top so much, I find it hard to understand why in more than a year since I posted my review of him that no one else has come forward to post anything further about him. Is no one else interested in sharing his experience with Jeff Z by writing a simple review? :9

PS By the way, I am very happy to see the revival of this great website.

Maybe nobody has posted anything about him because you were listed as a first-time reviewer and wrote something more like a short story than a review, so most readers concluded that it was just a fantasy story, which may have been commissioned by the escort.... and that something was fishy about the whole thing, so nobody would use it as the basis to actually contact the alleged escort.

If that is the case, then a lot of overly cautious and suspicious people (although I certainly cannot blame them for being so when hiring) have missed out on a really great guy...all the better to have him to myself during the week. I think I may only share him with his steady weekend gig and perhaps a boyfriend. By the way, he no longer advertises on rentboy. I don't know if he is advertising elsewhere and have not asked.

Boxboy. Unfortunately your Review did tend to be Over the Top!

The "Working Guy's" Luv to hear the Over The Top compliment's, Face to Face... and have alot of Return Client's.

BUT someone just looking for a Reference Letter, does not want to read War & Peace!

Actually you probably, even meaning well, did him more harm than good. IMHO of course... :p :P :p

JT, too true!

One of my most useful college lessons was from a prof who made us turn in a 300-word paper every week. Severe markdown if you went over.

Incredible how hard it was to learn to say something in just one double-spaced typed page.

Yup. Selectrics were brand new when I was in college.

Here's a trivia bit for you. Mickey Dolenz, of The Monkees, was set for life but not because of any income from The Monkees. His mother invented White-Out. LOL

Trivia correction deej ;-), it was Michael Nesmith's mother who invented Whiteout.

I really hope I did not dissuade any of Jeff Z's potential clients with my saga about our meeting. I understand now based upon the above point of view that that is a distinct possibility despite the fact it was certainly not my intention to do so and indeed the farthest thing from my mind. I guess I thought the long, drawn out story with minute details and vivid descriptions would make my review of our meeting not only more exciting and interesting to the average reader, but also more informative. Unfortunately, however, it seems I may have been wrong if it did indeed have a negative effect on Jeff's business.

Not for me. It did take a while to read, and a little while longer to wash up afterwards. :) But I would sure look for him if we were in the same place. In my opinion, you both did very well by each other!

Boxboy. No Worries! Now that Jeff has taken his AD down anyway, his Reference letter is of no use to him anymore anyway. The Main thing is YOU enjoyed yourself!

I'm sure ALL of us have at one time or another, written a Review that went on a little too long, causing less interest rather than more interest.

I know JT wrote at least TWO! BUT the Guy's were HOT, Sadly Both Retired now! LOL

:p :P :p

I remember reading this review when it came out, and my reaction was that it left too little to my imagination -- I just couldn't fit myself into it, it was so complete. So I passed on him.

There is so little information available to find him in the review that I would be surprised if he gets clients from it at all. A phone number and a pointer to the rentboy website with no indication of what specific name and location to look for means I will not go looking for him there. There isn't a link to a web page of his own. He is not presented with enough information to allow me to make a decision about him from his own self-description. The picture seems a little "used", not very sharp, though I don't know much about how digitized photos age with repeated copying, but it really did not seem very candid, and of course, there is no portal to more pictures to get a better idea, or to a text that lays out his own story. Perhaps he has a set of clients he services and doesn't need or want to attact the attention of the general public, but then he should not be surprised if the general public isn't very interested in him, if there isn't better information about him.

And then there is the content of the review itself. Personally, I don't like to be called a fucking bitch, a fucking prostitute-beginning-with-the-letter-w or a fucking cunt while my well-paid escort cums for me. I was pretty sure when I read that that I would not want to replicate the experience our intrepid reviewer reported. But to each his own -- it was clearly a turnon for him. If the aim of the review was to generate more business, as it seems it was, it did the reverse for me.

Given a choice, I rather have the detailed review instead of a one-liner review.

Also, it is possible that for anyone to write a review about JeffZ, may have changed their mind in writing the review after seeing the detailed review. No review can top the first one!

I, for one, will hire; I haven't hired him before because I usually go after people who have more than 5 reviews and that most reviews are recent. However this thread changed my mind. If all goes well, I will bite the bullet and write the review, despite knowing that my prose will seem dull compared to the first review. You just have to be patient -- it will be in November or so before I can see JeffZ.

Add my name to the list of those who appreciated your review. I enjoyed it thoroughly and thought it was very well written. (And it aroused an erection which is my test of a good review.) I think someone else used the word vapid to describe many of the reviews here and that is certainly a very apt term.

I think most of us hire an escort primarily for SEXUAL PLEASURE and are mainly interested in finding a partner who can provide that. To that end we need details and lots of them.
