If he really is a "top fashion model" wouldn't his activity re escorting kill his chances of any more fashion shoots? I would think that advertisers would shy away from the possible bad publicity that could result.

He may have done his modelling in Argentina, so it's not likely anyone there will learn of his other occupation in London and NY. As for being a top model, that's obviously an exaggeration. If he were, he wouldn't need to escort. But that doesn't mean that he may not have appeared in ads back home in Argentina. And he may be trying to peddle himself as a model in the First World and is just escorting to cover expenses until he lands some modelling work.

The add is a real turn off for me. Some pictures of him look better than others, which has me wondering which pictures are the most recent. His abbs look great in one picture, then not so great in another pictures. Also I get the impression that it would be a one sided event with him.
