It's been many years since I have been to LV, so I've decided to take a 3 day mini-vacation there the week of 8/11/06. Unfortunately, my first pick, Aaron Mark, won't be in town that week.

I've read the HooBoy escort reviews for LV, but wanted to hear about other experiences and recommendations for those escorts who may not have been reviewed here.

On a side note, I'd also appreciate suggestions for high-end hotels that are more on the quiet, relaxed, refined side, free of screaming children, budget tourists and the like. They can be on or off the strip.

Thanks guys!

I know there is at least one hotel on the strip that will not accept reservations that include children. I remember reading about a someone that tried to check-in with kids in-tow and they refused to honor his reservation. They did find him suitable accomodations at another property but they were very strict about their "no kids" rule.

I think the hotel is the Bellio. It might be worth a call to them to verify. I've never stayed there but have heard from friends that it is wonderful place.

Yeah, I'd probably say Bellagio as well. Or maybe Venetian. One thing that can help the quiet factor is to upgrade to a suite. Most of the larger casino hotels are quiet once you get up in the rooms.

Vegas just isn't the place to go for quiet, though. The whole POINT is loud, gaudy, and over the top. ;-)

True. I do plan to have my share of fun in and out of the room. Who knows, the hotel may be telling me and my "friend" to stop the screaming! :-) I was able to get some great seats for a couple of shows as well.

No worthwhile escorts! Aaaah! Hopefully some of the travelling escorts will find their way to LV that week.

Speaking for myself, nothing ruins a good vacation, even one in loud, over the top LV, like screaming kids and drunk, trailer park breeders up and down the halls of the hotel. Hence my desire to find some respite in Sin City.

I was looking at the Ritz-Carlton in Lake LV, but it was booked Fri/Sat nights.

Bellagio sounds great!

It is hardly high end and it is poorly run by rude straight people, but last year on a visit to LV I went to the Bath House off Sahara in the corner of the old shopping center and my God, the assortment looked like BN's eye candy. Maybe I just caught it on a good night but it was amazing. So if you are willing and able to connect in places like that, it may be better than hiring.

Count your blessings. Even if you could find an escort in LV, dragging them out to Lake LV (or Summerlin, etc.) might prove difficult.

Depending on what you're willing to commit to, you might find guys from LA willing to drive over.

The Four Seasons,The JW Marriott,Green Vally Ranch,The Red Rock are very nice-no trailer trash in the hotel section. All Casinos have a wide cross section of folks-including trailer trash.

But all of these have seperat enterances for the hotel section, private elevators etc so if you do not want to mix with the hoi poloi you do not have to.

But then you say you might raise a ruckus on your own?Is it fair to ask others to act like civilised human beings yet not be willing to respect their right to a night of quite sleep?

Here's the thread from my recent visit. Sorry, there's a lot in it about (Aaron) Mark.

I liked the MGM las time I stayed there, but if I had money and was going back today, it'd be the Wynn I think. Haven't stayed there but liked the gaming atmosphere and the food is great. Plus it's the "latest and greatest".

There's an even older thread in which a couple other escorts are discussed...

But mostly... sorry you're gonna miss Mark!

That's very encouraging - I applaud their policy.

But - I am surprised that they are able to get away with it. Is there not some law somewhere that would shreek discrimination. It's a wonder they have not ended up in court.

The Hard Rock Hotel attracts large numbers of great looking young guys (and gals) from LA, who crowd around the great pool. The name scares away the families and old people. Some loud music in the public areas. But is one block away from five or so gay bars--an area called the "fruit loop."

the specific hotels already mentioned are fine, but simply staying away from the Strip places, even the high-end ones, will greatly increase the quiet factor you're looking for...JW Marriott in Summerlin, Red Rock, and the Lake LV hotels will be relatively calm, though perhaps convention-feeling...on the Strip, the Four Seasons was purposely added to the Mandalay to be a quiet escape freom the hustle and bustle...the other upscale places on the Strip (THE Hotel, Venetian/Venezia, Bellagio, Caesars Towers, Wynn) are all great places, but crowded...everything will seem crowded, no matter the day of the week or time of year...much has changed over the last couple decades....long gone are the days of dressing up for a show...it's fun for about 2.5 days, then I gotta head back to reality

I hardly plan on causing a ruckus. I was jokingly referring to having an escort in my room for some fun, not creating pandemonium or keeping the floor awake. I practice what I preach when it comes to respecting the privacy and quiet of others.

>The Venezia Tower looks perfect for what I had in mind. Thanks for the tip!

You're very welcome. Make sure to book the Venezia Tower if you make your reservation through the website. Also they have a 'private' check-in desk in the Tower leaving behind the hustle and bustle from the street level main lobby and casino. You'll be in a quiet space above all, and the rooms are not bad either. :)

The newer Venetian Tower is ideal if your main concern is swift check-in and check-out. If, however, you are more concerned about your room you will probably be better off in the older Tower in the Venetian Suites. The Venetian Rialto, Venetian Piazza, and Venetian Prima suites are all large, very comfortable and are the best rooms in the place.

Unfortunately, Bellagio accepts children.

Their policy (which has gotten lax since Steve Wynn sold the property) is that they forbid strollers and children inside the casino floor. At one time they would actually escort families out of the casino area if they lingered around the gaming area too long.

Keep em' caged up at Circus-Circus :)
