From my professional experience, I would have to concur with that. I have made the short flight to OKC about 4 times for the night for professional reasons before. I like OKC...I love what they have done w/ the Bricktown area of downtown...great restaurants and a very nice baseball stadium. Of course...there are the traditional gay sights like the Habanna Inn (Motel 6 meets the Bathhouse) as well. The people people I have met there have been nothing more than classy, respectful guys.

Any ideas?? Yep. Jack off ALOT before you get here, or like Jason mentioned, fly a guy in from Dallas... The escort scene is truly nonexistent here. That's why I fly in so many guests. On my way to the airport, I do usually drive thru the gay area of OKC (yes, we have one) and I have noticed lately that there are alot of boys walking/working 39th Street. I have only hired guys from escort sites. Way too chicken to hire off the street, but that seems to be all OKC has to offer.

 

Like Jason said, the bars here aren't bad. The Habana Inn has a country bar (the Finish Line) and a disco-y bar (Gushers) plus a piano bar and a restaurant. But he is being way too generous when he compares the hotel itself to Motel Six. It's pretty trashy. But he got the "Bath like atmosphere" part right. In the same area, there are about 5 other bars. There is also a drag bar called the HiLo where, rumor has it, all the hustlers hang out, but I can't confirm that.

thank you to each of you and also to the sender of a private message--I posted on craigs list but no luck to this point-craigs list does not seem to be as active as some other cities, although OK City is just not as big as most cities that I travel to. I may try to get lucky in the gay.com chat room--that works in Phoenix thanks to Arizona State, but the University of Oklahoma should also have some guys who are short of cash--I am not looking for anal in either direction so sometimes the "gay for pay" college student works out.
