Alas my friends...it is true. Ross has retired with very short notice. We have loved working with him for the last 5 years. He set the precedent for excellence at our agency in more ways than one. We will miss him very much, and we know some of you will too. Join us in wishing him well on this new segment of his life, and I'm sure he will find success in his new ventures.
