Looking for DC Top recomendations

Hi men. I am going to be in DC later next month and would like to find a Top to spend some quality time with. Looking thru all the all the reviews is making me crazy - a lot of contradictions in many. So here is what i am looking for. Looking for Non-white (Latin, Asian, or even Black all good, just not into white men...for this trip at least), Must be a top or versatle top, under 35, and prefer if into kissing as well.

The guys that advertise as tops usually can't deliver and most of the ones that advertise as versatile or versatile tops are probably bottoms 99.9% of the time. And to be honest, most of them are not very good at being bottoms.

I had no idea that my post would finally bring forth a few suggestions. It appears some of them may have gotten a little off topic. That said, back to the topic at hand.
