In today's featured review of Sam from Nashville the escort comes across as an extremely personable, caring fellow to be around, and after seeing the intelligence and good taste with which his website is designed I have little doubt that that is absolutely true.

There was just one thing, though, that was a little jarring. Here is a paragraph from Sam's website, copied and pasted (I could have chosen others to make the same point):

"Personally, I am sensitive, compassionate, non-judgmental and sincere. There is no need

for you to be self-conscious or apprehensive. Regardless of your circumstance or

appearance, you will be treated with absolute dignity and respect. People often say that I

have a natural gift for making them feel special. Your feelings are more important to me

than your money. I respect and believe in direct and honest communication. I will

deliver what is promised, or you pay nothing. I am not a hustler. I am a dedicated

professional with a conscience who will never take advantage of anyone."

And here is a paragraph from Jon Ramsey's (Boston) website. also copied and pasted:

"Personally, I am sensitive, compassionate, non-judgmental and sincere. There is no need for you to be self-conscious or apprehensive. Regardless of your circumstance or appearance, you will be treated with absolute dignity and respect. People often say that I have a natural gift for making them feel special. Your feelings are more important to me than your money. I respect and believe in direct and honest communication. I will deliver what is promised, or you pay nothing. I am not a hustler. I am a dedicated professional with a conscience who will never take advantage of anyone."

Although Jon has made changes to his site here and there over time, this text has been the same for years (and I can vouch from personal experience for its absolute, unexaggerated veracity).

I think it's kind of charming, in a way, that Sam apparently found Jon's elegantly worded self-promotion so enticing that he just couldn't resist using it himself. On the other hand, it is odd, to say the least, to aver your own personal integrity in words taken from someone else's website. I suppose it's possible that Jon authorized the use of his copyrighted material, although I think that is very, very unlikely.

Anyway, Sam seems like a nice enough guy. I just thought that this was interesting and worth pointing out.

IMHO. "Imitation can be the Sincerest form of Flattery". Jon Ramsey has always been a Class Guy. Not to mention very HOT! Using his words basically, is not something I think, he would take great offense in or even read twice.

It is not the same, as a "Workin Guy" who has decided to use his "Last Name" and submit many apparently Fraudulent Reviews. Just my opinion. :+

A working boy's description of himself is copyrighted material? C'mon now. x(

Oh yes, and Jon has done so. You can copyright virtually any written material. There are no words on either website that violate laws, and even if there WERE text that was in violation of the law in some way, I believe copyright laws would protect it from plagiarization, even though it might be vulnerable to attack on other grounds.

Perhaps one of our currently feuding legal experts would care to weigh in on this?

I wrote Sam's review that appears today. The text from his website, whatever the source, matches the in-person guy! As I said in the review, Sam's partner put together the website. Am wondering who got busted, Sam or his partner!

Correct me, but if there is plagarism, but no damage to the original author, we are not talking about $. Somehow for me, since the words so closely match the guy I met, I am getting nothing but chuckles from all this.

i've been seeing jon for over nine years and the statement is true for him. he takes his work seriously and really enjoys giving people the companionship they need in life. his focus is on the client and he really wants to please them.

his web site was one of the early ones by an escort and it has served him well. he put alot of thought into what he wrote to help the customer understand him. the site is a basic site without all the bells and whistles that can distract from the message of the escort.

I hired Sam once in Nashville about a year ago and found him to be everything he described on his web site. The most recent review reflected a similar wonderful experience I had with Sam. Since I don't get to Nashville any more, if Sam ever came to Florida, I would hire him again. He is much better in person than his pictures indicate. My impression was that he likes what does, he has many varied interests, and that he knows how to make a man feel good -- he's passionate and hot in bed! I don't care where the description came from on his website, it is nevertheless very accurate for Sam. I'd hire him again in a minute!
