Lots of luck. The escort situation in DC is abysmal. I usually go to Philadelphia or New York to sample the guys in the other cities.

check out the washington blade online and rentboy to see if anyone is visiting that week. As previous poster mentioned not much local muscle, but quite a few guys will visit for a week and you just might luck out. I do recall reviews of a local duo, I believe latino guys, who seemed quite hot with very good reviews, no personal experience though
