Well,I have a great cruise planned in the Baltics, Estonia, Russia and Germany on brand new freestyle ship for latter August. Well, I thought I had a new escort who would be going with and all the paperwork had been changed. However, when he went to fill in the information that Norwegian Cruise lines required he balked saying he was concerned for his identity and no he is cancelling also. This seems a bit over the top to me but he is European and said in Europe companies are not allowed to ask for information they don't need. Norwegian wanted your name, address, phone, passport number, age and emergency contact information. I guess this info just seems normal to me. Don't all hotels require you to sign in with your name and address? Of course they don't know if that info is correct if the credit card matches the registered name.
