I don't want to sound mean or anything....but my experience has been you get what you pay for. I have found that when I have tried negotiating rates for someone I have not been with before the experience has never been that great. Now, if I really want to be with someone I pay there asking price and if I think I would like to make them a regular of some sort I then try negotiating. If you are not getting a response I would see if he is listed somewhere else, if not try again in a few weeks...then I would move on. Just my 2 cents worth :-)
